Pros

- rotational, you get a great view of several positions within the bank - exposure to esoteric roles (philanthropy, sustainability research, public relations etc) - lovely people and working culture

Cons

- the program sticks to non-revenue generating roles understandably, but still can be annoying - there may be a possiblity of getting a rotation you don't want and you have to complete it
