Pros

Diversity and Inclusion policies were well promoted and supported by comprehensive training programs. There was evidence across the firm of a commitment to LGBTQI+ through networks, high level management support, compulsory annual training and code of conduct commitments.

Cons

In practice these commitments were not surfacing into real action. There was a growing awareness of the need for ethnic diversity but a lack of progress relating to gender diversity, in particular a lack of flexibility for young and growing families.
