- Big organization; tremendous internal mobility options - All verticals of Finance, therefore lots of opportunities - Compensation as per industry standards - People have been working for over 10 years - Professional culture, no discrimination, respectful

Cons

- Work environment totally depends on how your manager is - If you don't like networking/extra activities, not a place to be - Technologies are a bit outdated
