Pros

Good salary, Job security, Work life balance, opportunity to work with some of the best professionals in the industry and learn from them.

Cons

There are not many dowsides, since its one of the best professional organisations to work for and the general downsides that apply to most companies apply here as well.

Pros

Depending on your Mgr. flexible time is available since most work off BBs and laptops. But if you have a micro-manager, in another state - you may face opposition. Those who work in NY versus those in the mid-west, are seen as having the "one-up". Jealousy eventually ensues because all the executives are in NY. You can also learn a lot if you have a good manager who is confident, competent, and comfortable teaching.

Cons

The size of the company is good and bad. Good possible room for growth, bad because you don't meet or have the ability to network with the decision makers. To receive great feedback you "must" walk on water. Even if your manager gives you great feedback most of the time it does not roll-up to descision makers. So one can work 12 to 14 hour days to get a project complete - it's expected! Even if there were any issues, as stated it's expected year after year - I worked there for four (4) years.
