Pros

Good overall facilities and exposure if you want to continue

Cons

The environment has become similar to service based companies where they are maintaining legacy application with painful performance . People in higher management refuse to upgrade as their knowledge of legacy technology gives them lot of advantage and dependency. This is causing huge issues to business and they pressurise employees to support

Pros

Amazing pay, reputable company, smart people, more modern technology stack than you would think. Great work-life balance (at least for software engineers)

Cons

Many software engineers are bored. There is also an element of 'competing' for recognition. The place is full of smart people with not enough to do!
