      Pay is market for recruiters It's easier to recruit top candidates when you have this great brand standing behind you Hiring managers are heavily involved with networking and helping to build pipelines Good benefits

      Cons

      Extremely long hours - very heavy req load 35+ reqs. Minimal work/life balance. A ton of PTO days but still expected to work Hiring managers are extremely demanding Toxic work environment - management allows team members and hiring managers to borderline verbally abuse you in the workplace Dog eat dog environment - if you can't keep up with the heavy work load and constant demand of hiring managers you are ostracized. It's a great company for recruiters who don't value their work/life balance, want to be working 15 hours a day and always on call.

      Large financial institution to put on your resume. big company with a number of locations. Cant think of anything else really.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Fear inducing very rigid management. Worst place i have worked at. Extremely stressful environment. You are not allowed to think or ask questions or innovate, just do what you are told.
