Pros

So boring with nothing to do that I was able to learn many new things. decent MRA and health benefits (at the VP level).

Cons

militant return to office policy. treat adults and vp's like children. extreme hierarchical environment. and did i mention militant return to office policy. this was exacerbated when they moved controls under ccb from the private bank. whatever you do, DO NOT work for CCB - any department related to, or that comes in contact with that organization.
