Pros

The 401k matching is 5% full but takes a year before they contribute. Further, they don’t contribute throughout the year it’s a one time payout in February the following year. If you leave the company prior to Dec 31 you forfeit the entire years matching contribution

Cons

NA no cons to this just facts.
