Pros

- discounted travel - dress down policy - free wifi - good work/life balance and flexible work arrangements - internal mobility is encouraged - continuous learning is heavily supported - collaborative culture - job security (easy to move to another team if team is made redundant)

Cons

- pay rise policies are not so friendly, easier to leave and return - usual political crap one would expect in such a large org most especially with senior folk - sometimes senior folk can get away with not doing much and taking some/all credit for the work of their subordinates
