Pros

If you're capable you'll be given scope to take on larger and more complex projects. Excellent training options available.

Cons

It's a big company - you're going to get politics, process, and a desire to stay a few steps behind the 'new' tech.

Pros

- good compensation and perks - a lot to learn and grow - lot of great ppl around - good work-life balance (unlike the other ' Morgan')

Cons

- may find a project with a lot of managers to work with and upper management's nagging - no hr as such, only the managers, works good most of the time.
