Stressful to work

Pros

The paid and benefits were good.

Cons

You are only a number to management and HR. They do not care how you grow within the company. It does not matter your experience or skill or how long you work at the company. If a new executive came on board, he or she can layoff or offshore you without a blink of an eye. They only care about how the stock is doing. This is especially true working in Texas.

Pros

The benefits were pretty nice.

Cons

Everyone sleeps with each-other, drama, horrible management and the company plays with your numbers so you can't make commissions, or you end up falling into their "low collections" and they lie that they don't mess with the phone calls. High Turnover rate, someones always leaving or getting fired, constantly being watched and micro-managed. Leaving was the best decision I ever made.

Pros

I worked for Chase Bank before and it's a good company. They do provide some great benefits for their employees.

Cons

They don't provide the development for the employees like they say they do.
