Pros
Overall, the benefits at JPMorgan are pretty solid. Above average PTO and sick leave added together with bank holidays. Very competitive or above average salary. The firm is clearly a leader in the financial world and business is doing very well year over year.
Cons
C-suite executives can't read the room on company moral which is at rock bottom which is odd for a company that is posting record profits. Bonuses have gone down over the years. WFH is no longer an option for the vast majority of the company. Very old school mentality coming from the top down: in office expectations, micromanaging, using "efficiency" to justify anything negative the company is doing, etc. Not to mention the doing away of diversity programs. In today's political environment, it seems like the CEO is emboldened to do as he pleases as opposed to take into consideration the people actually doing the work.
