Pros

Big company, lots of opportunity, good money

Cons

India Leadership team lacks depth. They all are superficial. Has'nt help me connect with process. Old timers in the system do not accept change, new commers are not welcome. Have seen leaders who lack integrity. Mange teams through perception and data plays second fiddle. No standardized company wide policies.
