Pros

room to move around and promote as long as you are in Ohio or maybe Texas or NY, other than that - forget it. Strong capitalistic model with investment side of bank that really seems to work well and support all other areas of the bank; JPM will out live us all

Cons

Stale culture, and long hours if you are in management. get used to that blackberry.. management turnover/change in roles is absurd. don't like your boss? wait a year...

Pros

The recruiter was very honest about the job. Everyone I work with is very bright in different ways, and I have learned a lot.

Cons

Because the company is so large, the levels of management are palpable. Getting things done can be very frustrating, but as long as you approach with the right outlook, it's a great place to learn key skills.
