Pros
Very easy to move up in the company as long as you demonstrate excellence in your current role and possess some of the qualities needed in the role you want. I got promoted within two months of expressing an interest in the role I wanted. Upper management was and still is very supportive. Great benefits as well.
Cons
Must stay in a role for a year before any moves or must have management approval which isn't likely within that first year.
