Pros

Generally an open culture, encouraged to ask questions. Structured learning programmes, apparently better systems than other competing organizations.

Cons

A few political managers ruin the entire experience. Finance is is slightly direction less. Mobility opportunities very limited and senior managers go out of their way to stall any mobility moves.
