Pros

JPM is a place to get good experience. Their tendency to hire from the outside instead of promoting from within makes it a temporary stop however.

Cons

Mid level management tends to be long tenured and fresh out of ideas on moving the businesses forward.

Pros

4 weeks vacation Company supports movement within organization Smart and supportive co-workers

Cons

Too many committees/ governances to get anything accomplished in a reasonable timeframe. Feels like we are always late to market with new products as a result
