Pros

They were growing extensively, lot of new product and new market. Employees were recognized for their performance and hard work.

Cons

Sometimes there was too much red tape to get things done. There could have been more training in some areas.

Pros

Professional atmosphere, reliable job, and easy locations. You are able to transfer to different departments after a year of working.

Cons

Hard to pursue upper management, more of a time in promotional job, seniority over all. More for upper aged adults without college degrees. (operation center)
