Pros

JPMorgan offers the opportunity to work and learn in a very dynamic atmospher. Since there are so many niches and processes, the next opportunity will be less stressful.

Cons

For a company of its size, it really too much on employee referrals and lack of true recruiting processes. The level of talent could be greatly raised if there where more objective recruiting processes put into place.
