Pros

You can luck out with a good manager, but it doesn't mean the manager above him is any good. Luck of the draw.

Cons

Long hours. No regard for work/life balance. If you want to be owned by a company, work for Chase.

Pros

compensation is great and bonus if you do well and deliver

Cons

Expect to work very long hours every day. Do not expect to take any lunches or be able to take any sick leave or vacation without question. The work place was horrible. Company is so worried about cost you actually had to bring your own office supplies. They do not do any going away lunch nor will give you any career development or training.
