Pros

Huge companies, many opportunities to transfer to almost any region. Mobility is supported if you are open with your manager.

Cons

Bureaucratic, but that is to be expected for companies of this size. All things considered, it is certainly worth it.

Pros

Great people to work with and excellent benefits.

Cons

There is a lot of bureaucracy and it seems to be hard to advance in the company. Those who are promoted usually get special treatment because of who they know and not what they can do.

Pros

JP Morgan is a good company to work for. Project are really good and challenging. I'm lucky in that case that I have been assigned to a new development project which would be one of the best in world.

Cons

Work life balance is little less as schedule can be really tight at times. Due to multinational nature interaction with Chinese and others clients is more.
