Pros

Good work/life balance, employees treated fairly, good company values, nice culture.

Cons

Acquired by another bank, therefore most were laid off if they did not have a similar opening at the bank that acquired it.

Pros

Better pay, systems, technology, learning curve effects, training, investment in employee, advancement opportunities as compared with BoA or TD (Branch atmosphere might trump Chase's - but pay sucks!) or any other place.

Cons

Some buildings are old. Advancement opportunities can be made clearer. I wish there were more networking opportunities to meet people from Investment Management or I-banking businesses.
