Pros

Pay was decent compared to other banks.

Cons

Unprofessionalism and management with no knowledge on how to be managers. There was unprofessionalism at every level except training.

Pros

Good experience, used Excel a lot. Provides good medical coverage., and got off on most bank holidays. Not a lot of pros...

Cons

Long hours, can get to be more than 12hours. Direct manager always put work of others on more dependable people, causing a lot of stress on one person.
