Pros

The benefits are comprable to other major companies. They did have extensive options available in terms of medical, dental, life, vision, etc.. They did have access to 401k's, profit sharing, flex spending, and stock options. I also found my manager to somewhat open to flexibility of schedule to accommodate family issues.

Cons

There is a lack of fairness in treatment of employees.

Pros

JPMorgan Chase is involved in a variety of areas in financial services, which provides a lot of opportunities for advancement and career exploration, if you can get an interview!

Cons

As a large corporation, you can sometimes feel lost amongst the masses. It was certainly a challenge coming from a smaller institution.
