      Flexibility in Working Hours, Work Life balance, Consistent improvement in India's brand image as a quality off-shoring center. Good Salaries and Bonuses.

      Cons

      HR Processes need improvement. In-fact you hardly get to see HR. Appraisal Process can be better and transparent.

      they have very good pay and nice people to work with. there is a good chance for advancement.and it is encouraged

      Cons

      must work one weekend day without exceptions..they give good amount of holidays but half must be taken in the first half of the year and half in the second.
