Pros

Name recognition and access to deals at all levels. Better than average benefits. Great research and resources at most levels.

Cons

Organization is just too large. Many layers of mid-management and bureaucracy. Hard to get people to act quickly. Competition among business lines.

Pros

Tons of opportunity to advance between different lines of business. Great flexibility to telecommute almost 100 percent of the time.

Cons

Yearly bonuses never seemed to have a structure to them - you just received what you received. In my position there was simply too much travel.
