Pros

Disorganization of management leads you to have free time.

Cons

Doing a good job does not lead to security. Also they offer a position as a consultant and then they decline it right before the start date or after joining.

Pros

Great benefits and the salary is reasonable compared to other banks. Largest and strongest bank. A lot of locations to choose from.

Cons

Too stressful, too much pressure to sell (both platform and tellers) Hours are great for customers but bad for employees.
