Pros

- People are friendly to share their knowledge with you. No hiding - Compensations (tangibles and intangibles) are good - Did not encountered too much politics. People take ownership of tasks

Cons

- More visibility on promotion process - 4 performance reviews in a year can be too much for some - More opportunities in internal career moves

Pros

At one time it was a great company to work for. It was a fun place and new ideas were encouraged.

Cons

Apparently senior management did not know what they were doing because they caused the company to fail and be taken over by Chase.
