Pros

There were very good career growth opportunities. The people were all smart and motivated and seemed to have broad industry knowledge. The salary was great and the benefits were also great

Cons

The firm is too big so hard work is not always recognized. You can get lost in the company if you dont persist to better your own career.

Pros

The company is growing rapidly, which means there are a wide variety of job types across the country. It is easy to change internal positions or relocate if you need a change of pace.

Cons

Not much is done to include new employees in the group, and help them integrate into the organization. Size of the company may be overwhelming to some.
