Pros

Great place to work, friendly people that give you every opportunity to get involved. Pay was good but the hours long, of course they pay over time for the extra work you do

Cons

Felt like you could do a bit more but the program is very structured so it means you may not get to do everything you want

Pros

Top notch professionals who know that the work they do is essential to the success of the company. Access to leadership was abundant and the ability to get decisions made and to make decisions was made easy.

Cons

Large organization that takes time to get comfortable with, if you aren't motivated by learning how things work and big picture puzzles, this wouldn't be the place for you.
