Pros

Working with many committed, talented individuals striving to do their best for the customers, shareholders and company. Company focused on innovation and did some good work.

Cons

Lack of good decision making at the top; always looking for ways to fee or underpay customers who weren't constantly vigilant.

Pros

immense stability (for now), cachet of the name, ability to keep going in finance even though the world is upside-down

Cons

IT infrastructure is lacking, more flexibility and up-to-dateness on that front would enable things to be done more efficiently and better.

Overall a good company

Pros

Hours dependant on the job that you do, but overall I must say that my hours have been reasonable. Compensation was fair, and market rate. Colleagues are generally very nice and friendly.

Cons

The environment can get quite political at times, depending on the team. Promotion tends to be fair but you still get some bad examples of favouritism.
