Pros

Excellent work-life balance. People with families or who are taking night classes can schedule their work hours to accomodate their schedules. The people are very friendly and supportive of each other. Lots of opportunities to learn from fellow peers.

Cons

It's a total political mess in regards to who gets promoted, who gets the good bonuses, etc. You really have to play the politics game and kiss butt to move ahead in this company.

Pros

Hours dependant on the job that you do, but overall I must say that my hours have been reasonable. Compensation was fair, and market rate. Colleagues are generally very nice and friendly.

Cons

The environment can get quite political at times, depending on the team. Promotion tends to be fair but you still get some bad examples of favouritism.

Pros

High salary with good bonus structure, meritocratic, so if you're good you ll advance, great CEO who is looking into the future

Cons

Very competitive with many juniors equally as smart and as talented all looking to make it, can sometimes feel like a number
