We not only strive for diversity in the traditional sense, but in other aspects such as diversity of thought, experience, and much more. It’s vital that we continue to make space for our developing leaders like we’ve done through our LEDR program, or some may consider our employee resource groups where they can find communities and leadership opportunities as well.
