Underpaid because I lived in Mexcio even though I had more than 90 IT certifications. Spoke excelent English. Managing Supervisor was vendictive and racist.

Severe lack of leadership. There are no set goals. The company is austere in many areas, there is really no good work environment and teamwork. the company does not motivate you, there are no incentives, the salaries and benefits are very average.
