- Rapidly growing company - Opportunity to learn about other areas of the business - Good benefits, vacation, health insurance, 401k matching - Access to leadership - Most roles are remote and have been since prior to 2020, so people understand how to work this way as a "norm" - Diverse team - Community engagement - Mentorship opportunities - Communicative of the ever growing org Large, rapidly growing companies aren't for everyone. If you're looking for a company with the heart of a family business but the benefits of global presence, this is the place.

The company is inclusive and supports staff who want to work remotely. Team members and all levels of management are professional and respectful. Collaboration is encouraged, decisions are made fairly, and the company has a positive culture and strong business and work ethics.

Cons

The company continues to grow at a rapid pace, and with this growth comes a near constant state of change and continuous improvement. This is not necessarily a con, but expect to be part of a culture that experiences and embraces change.

With this in mind, there is information regarding strategic initiatives and other plans not only to grow the business but to improve the employee journey. Our CEO John Held hosts monthly town halls, our COO hosts monthly manager forums, and there is a weekly company news distribution. Engagement is the key. Staying engaged means team members are informed of all we are doing.
