Work from technology was a great benefit. Relatively good work-life balance

Cons

Culture and pay are not great. Essentially three different businesses under one roof following the acquisitions. Integration was not seamless with obvious power dynamics High turnover/ low retention over the last few years

The construction disputes team contains some of the best practitioners in the industry when it comes to quantum and delay analysis expert witness work.

Cons

The current office environment is not great. However, the teams in London will soon move to a new flagship office.
