      Great company with highly qualified staff.

      Cons

      Expected to work 45 to 50 hours. Salaries are below industry standards and bonuses even for working 50 hours per week are less than 3%.

      J.S. Held is constantly looking for ways we can speed up travel stay for our employees. In addition, we continue to expand our knowledge to better leadership, management, and regulations.

      Pay is decent, always busy

      Cons

      Storm chasers, plenty travel, poor management and HR team, no team atmosphere, bonus structure is a joke, constantly purchasing smaller companies so ability to move up in the company is almost non-existent, etc

      As we continue to grow and bring on more acquisitions, we can open more opportunities for our employees to grow with J.S. Held. Along with the growing opportunities for our consultants, we have also continued to grow our in office departments, including HR.
