Approximately 8 people have quit within the last few years. All have quit for the same reason - terrible management. Run away from this department unless you enjoy being verbally abused daily.

Pros

The pay is good and the staff is highly motivated and professional. I rarely if ever hear any negative comments from Vaughn employees.

Cons

The work hours can be excessive. People work 60 to 70 hours a week which causes them to get burnt out. Most of the mistakes that are made are due to overwork. The benefits and health insurance are not good either. Managment tries to encourage healthy practices but it's not possible with the current work culture. It's hard to worry about your health when at the same time you are expected to be at work from 6 am to 6 pm 5 to 6 days a week.
