Pros

Friendly people and atmosphere, work parties and events. Executives and the Board are pretty transparent, care about the people and investing in young professionals. Flexible work schedules and occasional remote work are not a problem. Generous COLA raises for all employees last few years to keep up with inflation.

Cons

Technical training could be better and more standardized.

Pros

Good working atmosphere, most everyone is good to work with, diversity of experience and projects, good field experience, good benefits.

Cons

You are paid salary with no pay for overtime. They do give bonuses, which aren't bad, but generally aren't equivalent to the amount of overtime. There have been executives in the past who could be fairly judgemental of those who don't see things exactly the way they do. At least in my office at a certain point there was no room for senior technical experts, everyone was expected to be an active marketer.
