J-U-B is a successful engineering firm focused on company growth, team growth and individual success. As a whole, the company values your career success and offer a great work/life balance by offering annual and medical leave, opportunities for growth and career development, and most of the people in each office are pretty great and become like family. You get what you give. Overall, I have felt challenged every day which keeps my interest in the job. I am NEVER bored.

Cons

This is a male-dominated industry and it can be difficult for some staff to overcome an antiquated industry mindset.
