      The work is stable and low stress. Upper management is reasonable when it comes to personal issues.

      Cons

      You do not develop and grow in this position. They do not compensate for inflation after you have signed on. You acquire PTO days at a rate of 1.23 for each hour you've worked. Insurance and 401k doesn't kick in until you worked a certain amount of days.
