Very satisfied working for J&D
Pros
Chose J&D over other homecare companies as I knew they were local, reputable, and well established. This was important to me as I was transitioning from pediatric and adult ICU into homecare. I selected a case that best suited my travel, availability, and skills. I felt supported throughout onboarding process by all agency staff, and now during my shifts. Helpful things are website education, paid hands-on computer training and in home orientation. Communication is responsive, scheduling easy to navigate, and I like their charting system. There is a sign on bonus. My homecare case is going well, so I am happy. I have felt welcomed and appreciated at J&D.
Cons
While I do appreciate the ease of online application and credentialing for some items, it would have been easier for me to navigate receiving a packet by mail of all necessary items to complete and associated forms.
