Some of the nicest co-workers I have ever met .

no direction from management. no Forward thinking toward the future . . Management philosophy is there are 2 rules 1. we are always right 2. when we are wrong blame someone else and see rule number 1

Pros

Gorgeous modern campus, good work/life balance. Team-mates are knowledgeable and helpful

Cons

IT management is made up of ex-operations people that do not have the skills to run an IT department. Imagine a large hospital with only one doctor, things just don't get done. The technical team have too many projects running concurrently, management do not understand (or seem to care about) giving employees the tools and direction to get things done. Layer into this scenario a lack of prioritization, requirements, project leadership and an SDLC and it's chaos. Further, when qualifies and experience team-members offer suggestions for improvement they are either ignored or misunderstood. You have been warned
