I absolutely loved how work/life balance was huge part of the company. Pay was great, commission was good, they gave back to their employees with nice events.

Cons

Didn’t experience any…well other than they sold one of their properties & that can be a risk.

Professional and Employee Oriented

Pros

Great company with a positive work environment. I learned a lot during my time as a maintenance tech and really enjoyed the team I worked with. I was able to develop my skills and take on new challenges, which ultimately led to a promotion at another company. I'm grateful for the experience I gained at JBG Smith and look forward to potentially returning in the future.

Cons

While my overall experience at JBG Smith was positive, I did encounter a challenging situation with a new manager. Their behavior towards both myself and other employees was unprofessional and often disrespectful. Despite this, I appreciate that HR took action after I raised my concerns, even though it was during my departure. It's encouraging to hear that the situation improved for the remaining team members.
