Clearly defined job responsibilities (this IS important). Leasing bonuses are paid on time and are fairly generous. Little contact with senior management, so the local manager is the manager you get for good or ill.

Cons

Companies of this size must necessarily have set policies, but this can lead to a rather robotic "check these boxes" experience, especially when it comes to disciplinary measures.
