Amicable company, multiple properties, and virtually seamless between properties. Management shows their appreciation for the first line employees, and the surrounding communities. The compensation is livable, with opportunities for growth. Excellent work-life balance.

Cons

Only if you have a pessimistic outlook on work in general, with anyone there's always something to complain about at work...

-Lots of micromanagement from the higher ups which conflicts a lot with work life balance, one of them in particular loves to start drama -"Marketing Department" is basically operations coordinators and actual marketing is done third party, which makes this department difficult to plan any marketing with
