Ability to create new work flows Great place for industry experience as you will be able to put your hand in any project you have the time for in multiple business sectors.

Cons

Long hours around 50-55 per week Rolling 24/7 IT support (one week a month) Lower pay than industry standard Difficult to establish proper work/life balance Companies outside of the protein industry have difficulty seeing the parallels in job competencies (Logistics is logistics whether it’s cows or computer parts)

This company changed my professional life for the better. It gave me many opportunities to learn and grow. I met many great professionals along the way.

Cons

Way too many hours. Work life balance is elusive, but it is certainly a great place for young professionals to learn what a solid work ethic needs to look like.
