Loved working with my team since they cared about each other. Managers often thought-partnered with me on how I can grow as a business analyst.

Cons

Project directors often never worked with IT managers on resource planning. Projects that were coming in were expected to be well-staffed so new contracts coming in added more and more work to people on my team. In addition, your job is at risk the moment a contract ends, which may or may not be due to your performance and delivery. Employees are let go the moment funding from a project ends. Upper management tends consider employees to be expendable while expecting them to deliver the world.
