      Pros

      I worked here for about 3 years and its a great place to work. Great location, great benefits, the work is interesting and I loved my colleagues.

      Cons

      Like many government contractors, they are feeling the effects of reductions in federal contracting. No way to move up or even laterally in the company.

      Pros

      The projects contribute to social good, and the management team is thoughtful and professional. The majority of my co-workers were dedicated, smart, and hard-working. The size of the company allows it to be flexible and to pursue and range of contracts.

      Cons

      Because it's a small company, it lacks some of the talent and resources in a few key areas that larger companies may have.
