      The coworkers were truly the best part of working here. Supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with on a daily basis.

      Pros

      Work from home flexibility. One of the biggest advantages is the ability to work from home, providing a good work life balance. The team culture is good. Everyone is collaborative, supportive, and driven to succeed together. There are some travel opportunities: While it’s not excessive, the travel involved can be a good chance to meet with clients or expand your experience.

      Cons

      HR has been a consistent pain point. The lack of clarity and organization around annual reviews and goal setting is frustrating. I’ve had to redo my goals multiple times this year, and it feels like there’s no real direction or understanding of the process. Government contracting challenges: While not entirely the company’s fault, the bureaucratic nature of government contracting can sometimes lead to delays or inefficiencies that impact work processes and decision making.
